Premise Liability

Premise Liability/ Slip and Fall

Landowners (landowner includes an authorized agent of a person in possession of real property and a person legally responsible for the condition of real property or for the activities conducted or circumstances existing on real property) are generally responsible for damages caused by the landowner's unreasonable failure to exercise reasonable care to protect against dangers of which he actually knew or should have known. Slip and Fall cases will usually be addressed under this category. The rights of the injured person and the duty of the landowner depend upon the reason the injured person is on the property and their classification under Colorado law. If you are seriously injured by a dangerous condition on real property, contact Mr. Holmes for legal advice and representation.
